Optional Sync Cord Connector N is employed.

Conventional Sync Cord N can be used by removing the connector cap and then fixing the Optional Sync Cord Connector N on the housing. The Strobe Connector N can be easily fixed by consumers. Even when the connector gets wet, the connector can be replaced on the spot.

With both hands on the grips, movie shooting can be activated with a small movement of your finger tip.

Though the housing boasts depth rating of 100mm/330ft, buttons on the housing can be effortlessly depressed. As necessary controls for movie shooting can be manipulated with levers, subtle control is possible. The positions of the grips have been revised for better access to various controls.

Compatible with both the VF180 1.2x and VF45 1.2x viewfinders

By attaching the VF180 or the VF45 prism viewfinder (magnification ratio of 1.2x) to a SEA&SEA housing, the magnification increases by 1.2x and entire field of view can be seen at the same time. Recommended for users committed to strict composition and focusing.

Almost all essential functions of the Nikon D7000 can be operated underwater.
Every detail of the housing is precision machined from a solid aluminum block. The housing is protected by highly corrosion and abrasion resistant anodizing coating.
Features a slanted (sideways) button on the back with an original structure for balancing even more active functionality and styling in high dimension.
Furnished with a tripod socket in the central region of the bottom surface of the main body. If you remove the attached Ergo Grip, you can also add an optional Grip-Stay L22108.
Equipped with a Optical Viewfinder 0.5x as standard. Other interchangeable 0.66x/0.8x viewfinders (optional) are also available.
The quick shoe makes the camera easy to install and remove from the housing.
A built-in leak sensor immediately alerts you to any water leakage.
Depth rating of 100m/330ft makes the housing ideal for tech diving.
*When the MDX-D7000 is shipped from factory, the housing is sealed with connector cap.
*In order to use a SEA&SEA strobe without the Optional Sync Cord Connector N, Fiber-Optic Cable (L-type)50107 is required.
