New Format ‘ML’ Mount Ports

Two ML ports are available for SEA&SEA Mirrorless housings. ML Dome Port and ML Flat Port 33. ML Flat Port 33 is equipped with a 67mm (M67) thread that will accommodate various filters and lenses. ML Ports support the following lenses; Sony 16mm f/2.8 Wide Angle lens, Sony 30mm f/3.5 Macro lens, Sony 16-50mm f/3.5-5.6 Zoom lens. Conversion lenses VCL-ECU1 and VCL-ECF1 are also supported. The Sony 10-18mm Wide Angle Zoom lens and VCL-ESU1 conversion lens may be used when the ML Extension Ring 25 is added.

Ergonomically-designed controls

The housing has been designed and shaped for easy operation. Its control dial is ideally located so that it can easily be reached and operate by your right thumb. A large mode dial is easy to turn by thumb and forefinger, even when wearing gloves. Movie button is easy to press although the surround is hollowed to avoid unwanted operation. Trigger- shaped shutter lever provides accurate feedback when focusing and shooting.

Equipped with SA8 Fixed Ball Base mount locations

By attaching SA8 Fixed Bass Bases22119 to the specifically designated mounts on the upper part of the housing, SA8 components can be used without the need of a hand grip or tray. Mounting a SA8 Ball Base for Accessory Shoe22120 provides even more lighting options.

The camera's LCD monitor can be tilted up to 10 degrees.

Other Features

All camera functions can be used underwater.
Equipped with two Fiber-Optic Cable sockets.
With the lens lock button located on the front case of the housing, lenses can be changed with ease.
The camera's built-in flash can be activated and deactivated from the housing using the Built-in flash activation button and the Flash disablement lever.
Optional Leak Sensor46115 can be built into the housing. Its LED lamp is located in the LCD monitor window.
Use of the hand-strap is recommended when a camera tray (stay) is not used. The hand strap helps you hold the housing with just one hand.
Equipped with two sacrificial zinc diodes (one on the front case and the second on the rear) to avoid electrolysis damage.
