Sigma's MACRO 70mm F2.8 EX DG, a recommended "easy to shoot" single focal length macro lens.

This medium telephoto macro lens can be used as a 70mm macro lens when attached to a 35mm full size digital SLR camera, and as a macro lens of approximately 105mm when attached to an APS-C size digital SLR camera.
(SEA&SEA recommends the use of the port combination with the focus gear "Part No. 31136," which is compatible with Canon and Nikon lenses, respectively).
Generally, macro lenses are around 100mm in length. However, when mounted on a digital SLR camera with an APS-C size image sensor, it is equivalent to 150-170mm in 35mm full size equivalent. Depending on the user and how the lens is used, it may be "too" telephoto and difficult to use in some situations. For example, when choosing a Canon macro lens, there are two choices: a 100mm lens or a 50mm lens, but the Sigma MACRO 70mm F2.8 EX DG is a lens that falls somewhere in between.
The Sigma MACRO 70mm F2.8 EX DG is a lens that falls somewhere in between. 100mm is too telephoto and the focus is too severe (when attached to an APS-C size digital SLR camera, it is equivalent to 105mm at 1.5x and 112mm at 1.6x), but the 50mm class is just not enough for you. I highly recommend this lens to such people.

The reasons why it is so easy to use are as follows.

First, the lens is bright.
When using underwater, a dark lens is a passable choice. In that respect, this lens passes the test! This lens is a passable lens in that respect!

2. High resolution.
The sharpness of the image is remarkable. The most distinctive feature of this lens is its pleasantly sharp rendering. And the bokeh effect at the wide-open end is also excellent. This means that it is very suitable for macro photography with flashy colors.

3. The maximum magnification is equal and the minimum focusing distance is 25.7cm.
Even if you don't have to get completely close to the subject, you can use macro photography to compose your shot quickly and easily. This is ideal for photographers who want to take advantage of their mobility at intermediate distances.

4Cost performance.
On the negative side, the lens barrel is slightly larger and the protruding part of the lens is longer than that of the genuine lens. (Therefore, the port combination is NX Compact Macro Port Base + Compact Macro Port Base 79. Considering the cost-performance aspect, this is definitely a "buy it! This lens is definitely a "buy!

Recommended port combination for using the Sigma MACRO 70mm F2.8 EX DG
Compact Macro Port 79 (Part No. 56251) + NX Compact Macro Base (Part No. 56201)
Please use with Focus Gear (Part No. 31136).
